Content Grab License Rights

  • Content Grab offers two different licenses for the majority of our private label packages. We do this to retain the value of our packages and to control distribution.

    Both licenses offer the flexibility you need, however there are major differences between the rights you are given, depending on the license you purchase.

    Here is a breakdown of whtimemanagement-WP.zipat our personal private label licenses and our extended private label licenses offer.

  • Personal Private Label Rights

    With personal private label rights, you are permitted to sell the product as your own. You can edit the package design files, the actual product and add your name and website URL to the documents. You are not however, permitted to sell private label to anyone else.

    This means that when you distribute the product to your customers, you must not send the original source files (DOC, PSD, etc) but rather the actual PDF file for your ebook.

    IMPORTANT: When a package does not specify both personal and extended options, it means that extended rights are automatically offered at no extra cost!

  • Extended Private Label Rights

    With extended private label rights, you are permitted to sell the product with private label to your customers. This means that you will be one of a few limited number of resellers who are allowed to distribute the source files and pass on these special rights to your buyers.
  • As an extended rights license holder, you must clarify however, that while you have the right to sell private label to your buyers, they are not permitted to pass on these rights to anyone else.

    These are referred to as "non-transferable private label rights", giving you the flexibility of making money by selling the source files to these packages, but these same rights are not passed to your buyers.

  • To make it easy, we include both an extended private label license explaining your rights, as well as a personal private label license file that you must include in the package whenever you deliver it to your customers.
  • Note: Only a limited number of extended private label licenses are sold for each package, ensuring that a very small group of resellers have the right to distribute our high quality packages with these special options.
